This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed with Al Khaburi Watches, operated by Zuhair Al Khabori Trading LLC in the Sultanate of Oman.

We fulfil orders from Ruwi High Street, Muscat. Delivery and pickup options may vary depending on product availability, customer location, store operations, courier availability, and order confirmation.

1. Order confirmation

Submitting an order through the website does not automatically mean the order has been accepted or is ready for delivery. Orders may require stock confirmation, payment confirmation, customer detail verification, and delivery or pickup coordination.

If an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly listed, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we may contact the customer to agree a suitable resolution or arrange a refund where payment has already been received.

2. Delivery within Oman

Local delivery may be arranged within the Sultanate of Oman where available. Delivery availability, timing, and charges may depend on the customer’s location and order details.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed. Delays may occur due to stock checks, courier schedules, customer availability, public holidays, weather, address issues, payment verification, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Pickup from Ruwi

Customer pickup may be available from Ruwi High Street, Muscat, subject to order confirmation and store operating hours.

Please do not visit for pickup until we confirm that the order is ready. Customers may be asked to show order confirmation, receipt, or identification details linked to the order.

4. Customer responsibility for delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, address, location pin where needed, and availability to receive the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, incomplete address information, failure to respond, or customer unavailability at the agreed delivery time.

5. Delivery inspection

Customers should inspect the item promptly when received and before use. If an item appears damaged, incorrect, defective, or not as described, please contact us promptly before using the product.

Please keep the original packaging, accessories, tags, warranty documents, and invoice or order confirmation until the issue is resolved.

6. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If an order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • order number or proof of purchase;
  • customer name and contact number;
  • clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant;
  • a short description of the issue.

We will review the matter and handle it in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy and applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.

7. International delivery

International delivery is not offered unless expressly confirmed by us before the order is accepted. Customers outside Oman should contact us before placing an order.
