These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to purchases made from Al Khaburi Watches, operated by Zuhair Al Khabori Trading LLC in the Sultanate of Oman.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to reduce or exclude any statutory right available to consumers under applicable laws and regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.

This website is operated for the online sale and promotion of selected watches and related watch services. Product availability, descriptions, prices, and service availability may vary depending on stock, supplier information, store operations, and confirmation at the time of order.

We aim to provide accurate product information, including product name, brand, price, availability, images, warranty status where applicable, and relevant product details. Product images are provided for guidance and may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, or supplier changes.
Customers should review the product page carefully before ordering and contact us before purchase where any detail is unclear, especially for sizing, strap material, water resistance, warranty coverage, condition, or service requirements.
4. Product condition and locally sourced items
Products may include branded watches, supplier-sourced watches, locally sourced watches, and other selected watch-related items. Where an item is pre-owned, used, clearance, imperfect, old stock, missing packaging, or has a known condition issue, we will aim to disclose this clearly on the product page, invoice, or confirmation.
Statutory rights relating to defective, incorrect, unsafe, or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Prices are shown in Omani Rial unless stated otherwise. We aim to keep prices accurate and up to date. Prices may change before an order is confirmed. Sale or discounted items remain subject to statutory consumer protection rights. A discount does not remove the customer’s rights where an item is defective, incorrect, unsafe, or not as described.

Submitting an order through the website does not automatically mean the order has been accepted. An order may require stock confirmation, payment confirmation, customer detail verification, delivery or pickup confirmation, or other operational checks.

Delivery times, where provided, are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Risk and responsibility for the item will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the confirmed delivery or pickup arrangement.

Customers should retain their invoice, receipt, order confirmation, warranty card, and any product documentation. These documents may be required for returns, exchanges, warranty claims, service support, and proof of purchase.
Where required, invoices or purchase documents will include the relevant business and product information in accordance with applicable requirements in Oman.
11. Returns, exchanges, and warranty
Returns, exchanges, and warranty requests are handled according to our Returns & Warranty Policy and applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.
For defective goods, customers may have the right to request replacement, return, refund, repair, or another lawful remedy within the applicable statutory period, provided that the defect is not caused by misuse and proof of purchase is available.
Manufacturer, supplier, or store warranty coverage may vary by brand, model, supplier, and warranty documents. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Watch-specific use and care
Watches should be used according to their specifications and care requirements. Customers should avoid exposing watches to impact, chemicals, perfumes, detergents, cosmetics, magnets, excessive heat, steam, or water beyond the stated water-resistance rating.
Water resistance is not the same as waterproofing. If no water-resistance rating is clearly stated, the watch should be treated as not suitable for water exposure.
13. Services
We may offer selected watch services, including battery replacement and related support. Service availability depends on the watch model, condition, parts availability, technician assessment, and store capability.
Services must be performed properly and in accordance with their nature. If a paid service is not performed properly, we will inspect the matter and provide the appropriate lawful remedy, which may include correcting the service, repeating the service, refunding the service charge, or another resolution required by applicable law.
14. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate order, contact, delivery, and payment information;
- reviewing product details before placing an order;
- using products according to their specifications and normal intended use;
- keeping invoices, receipts, warranty cards, and product documents;
